Appointment Deposits, Cancellations & Booking Policy

A $75 deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your scheduled treatment.

All appointments require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or frequent rescheduling may require a non-refundable booking fee before future appointments can be scheduled. This fee is separate from treatment costs and cannot be applied toward future services or products.

By booking an appointment with Bellezza Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Treatment Results

Results from aesthetic, wellness, and skincare treatments vary from person to person. While Bellezza Aesthetics is committed to providing high-quality care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results.

Packages, Promotions & Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, packages, and special offers may be limited-time offers and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Packages and prepaid treatments may be subject to expiration dates, usage terms, and refund restrictions. Promotional pricing is not guaranteed beyond the stated offer period.

Refund Policy

All services, treatments, deposits, booking fees, and product purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Because aesthetic and wellness results vary by individual, refunds are not provided for completed services or dissatisfaction with expected outcomes. If you have concerns after your appointment, please contact Bellezza Aesthetics so your provider can review your results and recommend next steps when appropriate.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.

If there is not enough time to safely complete the scheduled service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to applicable fees.

Consent & Aftercare

Clients may be required to complete intake forms, consent forms, medical history forms, or treatment-specific documentation before receiving services.

Clients are responsible for following all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by Bellezza Aesthetics. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results and increase the risk of side effects or complications.
